My dears, I am sitting within earshot of some iberian peoples right now who make the goats seem even more civilized than we know them to be – some sort of Spanish television clown and its sidekick(s) are entertaining children (live) in a room just down the hall (camera persons included) and the sound of their voices with all intelligibility removed by the intervening wall is indescribable, but reminds me of something. Not goats.

You can feel everything is your fault with blogging, it’s one of the big problems — a peculiar psychological one, I think. Well you’ll never get banned from here or Language Hat.

I got banned from a site for the sentence “Paul Krugman is a cad”. And it wasn’t Herr Krugmann’s site either.
Maybe he’s just an autocad after all?
Perhaps you could have got away with ‘lounge lizard’. Anyway you can call him a cad here as often as you like. The views expressed here are not necessarily mine (though they may be).
Now I have to google Paul Krugman…
… Apparently he likes cats. That certainly doesn’t rule out caddish behavior.
I like Krugman as economist and columnist, but that of course does not rule out being a cad. You’d have to talk to his dates and/or cats.
