I’m sure Muntz is already running the household and has been doing so for quite some time.
Once again, Codfish’s photography is stunning. I don’t know how she accomplishes that depth of field trick. The pattern of Muntz’s whiskers is exactly in the same focus as the weave of the fabric, then the rest of the world fades off into insignificance.
Dearie, thank you once again. That article has some lovely pictures of goats.
The commentary by Jonathan Jones is about goats and the devil; all a bit feeble and a wasted opportunity, I think. But some of the pictures are wonderful. I’d say that second one’s a Markhor goat, the biggest there is. It’s the national animal of Pakistan and it almost got wiped out by bullets and mines on the border with India.
Nijma: Thank you for your compliments. It’s really, though, just the combination of a macro lens and blind luck.
I also want to add, Muntz is sitting on a pillow with an Alice in Wonderland print on it. I’m not sure if that’s meaningful, but it makes me like the photo more.
And, very soon now, Jim and I will be posting a youtube video of the Muntz that is sure to please. We’ll let you know.
It’s a good investment, though it can be annoying to change lenses all the time, especially since you like landscape shots. (And sorry about that link comment thing above, it was automatic.)

So he is. Proper yellow eyes an’ all.
I’m tempted to come steal him.
He looks frighteningly worldly-wise. He’ll be running that household soon, mark my words.
Ol’ Muntz looks so objective, and he is now. No more distractions on the road to truth.
And so stunningly decorative. Aristocratic. Serene. M. Hat has it right. You’ll all just be attending to his whims…but they’ll be noble whims.
I meant that Muntz was recently objectified. Serenity comes easy, under those conditions.

I know the secret, she uses a …. aaagh!
Whodunnit? It clearly wasn’t (Cock) Robin.
Whoever killed Crown, it couldn’t have been the sparrow, either. Funny that cats are not mentioned …
What does link mean here?
A torch. Pepys is always hiring link boys to light his way through the streets at night.

I really want a macro lens.

I can remove it if I want to. I just don’t want to.
And now the Muntz videos (2) can be seen here.
